Refund & Exchange

We strive to ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and email them to cbonnet@id-scratch.com, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Please note: We cannot process returns or refunds without photo evidence of damage. Products must be returned in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty

All ID-SCRATCH products come with a standard warranty, protecting you against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, alterations, or wear and tear.
